Kaddish for the Six Million

Getting Into the Minds of the Holocaust Perpetrators: Why Did They Commit Such Evil Acts? This presentation will focus on the behaviors of the Nazi death squads (Einsatzgruppen) that were responsible for the mass murder, typically by shooting, of over one million Jews. The issue of what motivated these individuals to murder so many people will be explored. Dr. Ezra Stieglitz, Ph.D., is a Professor Emeritus of Elementary Education at Rhode Island College. During his 44 years at Rhode Island College, Dr. Stieglitz developed and taught a 4-credit course on “The Holocaust and Genocide.”
